Saviik was born from the desire to question today's gastronomy. After several years in great kitchens, I met my wife. Gluten intolerant, she could not taste my recipes: modern cuisine was problematic.
This led me to question the food of the past. Before the industrial era, people cooked with what they had on hand. At that time, there were no ingredients to speed up and standardize the production of meals. Cooking was almost always gluten-free.
With Saviik, I decided to rethink the codes. Return to the sources for an honest and gluten-free diet. I offer you to rediscover this delicious taste coming from an authentic cuisine. To rediscover a dish that harmoniously enhances the quality of each ingredient. Because the pleasure of eating comes first!

A story of family
Created by a chef from a family who has long experienced the difficulties that gluten can bring and that is why our company is called Saviik.
Originally from the south of France, Jérôme has lived in Quebec for 25 years. Trained by the hotel school in 1999, he has accumulated a dozen years of experience in catering. He was able to put his talents to good use in prestigious establishments such as Le Passe-Partout, not to mention all the others.
Saviik translates to "the savior". Saviik's idea is to help the celiac community eat well without breaking the bank.
Every day we try to put an end to separate preparation for the family and even charm those who are not bothered by gluten.
